New Early Learning and Development Standards released

Ohio’s Early Learning and Development Standards now are available online to download at no cost. One printed copy of the standards will be sent to each Ohio Department of Education or Ohio Department of Job and Family Services-licensed site that serves infants, toddlers or preschool children. Additional copies will be available at no cost at in-person trainings, through local Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies or state support team offices and at the Ohio Early Childhood Conference in April.

The new standards represent the collaborative effort of more than 150 early care and education providers, technical assistance providers, content experts, state agency staff and other stakeholders.
